History: The Hunter Seeker class Attack Cruiser was built in response to the Drahk attack on Earth. In the year 2291, the Earth Alliance set out to create a high speed, highly maneuverable advanced attack ship. Although this is in clear violation of ISA law, the Earth Alliance chose to allow secret military bases to construct a small number of these ships. The ship is a combination of the Black ops ship that was seen in "Crusade" and the Warlock. The Hunter Seeker was created to allow for a crew, rather than just one operator, and to function more like a true Earth ship than the Black ops ship. The Plasteel/Crystalline technology gained from working on the Victory ships was used by Earth Force in construction of this ship. The top of the ship is covered by the Plasteel/Crystalline armor instead of the shadow bio armor for several reasons. The military did not want a ship entirely covered by shadow bio armor in case the ISA found the ship and learned of its origins, and the plasteel/crystalline armour proved to be almost as strong as the shadow bio armour covering its undersides, while being mush easier to produce. Although, the Hunter Seeker’s bio armor is much stronger than the Omega X’s watered down bio armor. It seems that these ships have been created as a back up in case the EA is ever attacked by a superior force. These ships have been created secretly and are kept very well hidden by the same bases that created the Omega X and Black ops ships. The weapons on the Hunter Seeker include two heavy molecular beams, as seen on the omega x, 2 medium slicer beams, and one very powerful Shadow beam. The Shadow beam was a weapon gained from working with the Black ops ship and a few Drahk who have agreed to help Earth, who in return are kept safe. Though the number of weapons is low, all of them are very powerful and are meant for hit and run attacks. There are currently 50 of these ships well hidden throughout several systems at secret military installations. The EA have currently done a very good job at keeping them secret from the other races, and these ships will never be used in the open unless the EA is being overwhelmed by a powerful enemy. These ships have been used in a number of top secret missions for the Earth’s own gains. One Hunter Seeker can destroy a victory class destroyer due to its advantage in maneuverability and forward weapons power. Although, two Victory ships would overwhelm the Hunter Seeker. The Hunter Seeker can carry 15 Thunderbolt fighters, although this is usually not used because the Hunter Seeker’s main role is high speed attacks.
